Integrated therapy approach
As a clinical psychologist, I employ a diverse array of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address the unique needs of each client. My practice integrates elements from cognitive-behavioral, humanistic-existential, and psychodynamic-relational frameworks, with a particular emphasis on contemporary methodologies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Time-Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy (TLDP).
These approaches are embedded within a Humanistic-Existential foundation, which I find exceptionally effective in addressing complex emotional and interpersonal patterns. My methodology is particularly adept at tackling issues such as:
Personal worth and value conflicts
Perfectionism and self-judgment
Relationship and attachment-related challenges
Disconnection and dissatisfaction in interpersonal dynamics
Rejection sensitivity
Trauma-related fears, anxieties, and insecurities
Our collaborative work will focus on identifying and confronting the cognitive, emotional, and relational patterns that contribute to feelings of depression, anxiety, frustration, and stagnation. By exploring these patterns, we can develop strategies to overcome them and foster personal growth.
I view psychotherapy as both an art and a science, realized through an authentic and meaningful therapeutic relationship. Our sessions will aim to:
Reduce symptomatic distress
Identify developmental vulnerabilities and situational triggers
Enhance self-reflection and introspection
Develop new skills and patterns of relating
Facilitate lasting change and healing
Through this comprehensive approach, we will work together to navigate your challenges, leverage your strengths, and cultivate a more fulfilling life experience. My goal is to provide you with the insights and tools necessary for sustained personal growth and emotional well-being.
